We understand that not everything will fit just how you imagined. That is why we offer exchanges/store credits in store, and store credits online within 30 days of purchase, starting the day you receive your dispatch confirmation.
Clothing, Hats, Hair Accessories, Belts, Sunglasses and Bags must be in original condition with original tags.
Necklaces, Earrings, Socks, Home and Lingerie are final sale and cannot be returned.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned (does not include promotional items).
Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned.
Gift Cards and Store Credits cannot be returned.
Store credits are not automated at this time. We must first receive the items before issuing a store credit or allowing an exchange.
To return your items at our physical location:
*Note: Orders placed From March 8, 2021 will have an extended return date of one month after re-opening of June 11, 2021.
Return hours: Tues-Sat, 11-6 + Sun, 11-5
You can come to our location during our normal business hours and exchange or receive a store credit for the items you want to return. You will need the item with tags attached and the original receipt. Items must be returned in original condition. We do not reimburse initial shipping costs for in store exchanges/store credits.
To return your items through mail:
Put the returning items in a small box or mailer taking care to make sure they do not return damaged. Don't forget to include your packing slip.

It is not required, but we recommend including tracking in the case of any issues and for proof of shipping.
Once we receive the order, you will receive a store credit in the amount of your returned items + tax + the original shipping paid. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
