We understand that not everything will fit just how you imagined. That is why we offer exchanges/store credits in store, and store credits online within 30 days of purchase.
Clothing items must be in original condition with original tags.
Jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Pillows + Blankets are final sale and cannot be returned.
Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned.
Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Store credits are not automated at this time. We must first receive the items before issuing a store credit or allowing an exchange.
To return your items from and online purchase:
Put the returning items in a small box or mailer taking care to make sure they do not return damaged. Don't forget to include your packing slip.

It is not required, but we recommend including tracking in the case of any issues with shipping.
Once we receive the order, you will receive a store credit in the amount of your returned items + tax + the original shipping paid. We do not reimburse return shipping costs for online purchases at this time.
