Pick Up Policy

When can I pick up my order?

*Note: the team will be on a well deserved break Dec 24-Jan 03 for the Holidays! Orders will not be shipped out and pickups will not be available during this time.


Pick up hours: Tues-Sat, 11-6 + Sun, 11-5


Please allow at least one business day after your purchase for your order to be prepared. You can come anytime during business hours to pick up your order!

How do I pick up my order?
We will need your name and order # to release your package to you. If someone else will be picking up your order, please DM or email us!

I did not receive a confirmation email!
In this case, we may be having technical issues or there may have been a misspelling on the email information given. Please message us to confirm your order! 


I can't make it on time to pick up my order, what should I do?

We will hold your purchase for 30 days, starting the day your order is made. After 30 days, your order may be refunded to you and items will be put back up for sale. If you need longer than 30 days, please reach out to us!


I decided I want my items shipped, can I change it?
Unfortunately, we cannot change a pick up to delivery. In this case, we will cancel your order for you and you will have to re-purchase the item(s) and choose the delivery method. We cannot guarantee you will be able to get the same item(s).


I received a refund for something I bought, what happened?
A reason you may have received a refund is because we found a defect on the vintage item that was missed prior to listing the item on the website. We take pride in offering pre-loved items in near-original condition, but sometimes we miss minor things. Please check your email to view the reasoning behind your refund.
