When can I pick up my order?
*Note: Pick up options may change periodically due to Covid-19 restrictions. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Pick up hours: Tues-Sat, 11-6 + Sun, 11-5
Please allow at least one business day after your purchase for your order to be prepared. You can come anytime during business hours to pick up your order!
How do I pick up my order?
We will need your name and order # to release your package to you. If someone else will be picking up your order, please DM or email us!
I did not receive a confirmation email!
Unfortunately, we have been having some issues with our website host sending pickup confirmation emails. The instructions above will still apply, but we may ask you for further information to confirm your purchase.
I can't make it on time to pick up my order, what should I do?
We will hold your purchase for 30 days, starting the day your order is made. After 30 days, your order may be refunded to you and items will be put back up for sale. If you need longer than 30 days, please reach out to us!
How do I return a Pick Up during lockdown?
During lockdown, we are only allowing store credits for returned items within 30 days of the time your order is dispatched. You may come to our location during our pick up times and received a store credit for the items you want to return.
Please bring your original condition items and packing slip!
Be prepared to wait outside for up to 10 minutes for the transaction to be completed, as we are not authorized to allow customers inside at this time. Please practice social distancing when coming to return or pick up your order.

I decided I want my items shipped, can I change it?
Unfortunately, we cannot change a pick up to delivery. In this case, we will cancel your order for you and you will have to re-purchase the item(s) and choose the delivery method. We cannot guarantee you will be able to get the same item(s).
I received a refund for something I bought, what happened?
In the rare case that a in-store shopper and an online shopper purchase the same item at the same time, on the same day, the in-store shopper will take priority in this situation. The online shopper will be notified and given a refund on the item(s) that have sold out. The rest of your items will be packaged as soon as possible!
Another reason you may have received a refund is because we found a defect in the item that was missed prior to listing the item on the website. We take pride in offering good quality, pre-loved items - but sometimes we miss something!
